1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, enrolling in, or purchasing the Shop Rescue™ Certification System, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not enroll or access the program.

2. Nature of the Program

Shop Rescue™ is a professional certification and operator development system designed for mechanics, mobile technicians, and shop owners.

This is not employment, not a job placement program, and not a guaranteed income system.

3. No Guarantee of Income or Results

Shop Rescue™ does not guarantee:

• Income

• Revenue levels

• Client acquisition

• Business success

• Employment

• Certification approval

Results depend entirely on individual execution, market conditions, skill level, and business decisions.

Any income examples mentioned are illustrative only.

4. Certification Approval

Certification is granted solely at the discretion of Shop Rescue™.

Completion of modules does not automatically guarantee certification status.

Shop Rescue™ reserves the right to deny, revoke, or withhold certification if standards are not met.

5. Investment & Payments

The current certification investment is $4,997 unless otherwise stated.

Payment options may include:

• Credit & debit cards

• Structured payment plans

• Business financing (if available)

All payments are processed through secure encrypted merchant systems.

6. No Refund Policy

Due to the proprietary and intellectual nature of the certification system:

All payments are final once access to materials, live sessions, or proprietary systems has been granted.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Change of mind

• Failure to complete the program

• Lack of implementation

• Business performance outcomes

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By enrolling, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Shop Rescue™ for resolution.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate revocation of access

• Revocation of certification

• Collection efforts for unpaid balances

• Legal action where applicable

8. Intellectual Property

All materials within Shop Rescue™ are proprietary intellectual property of Shop Rescue™ and Fix It Pros LLC, including:

• Videos

• Modules

• SOPs

• Pricing frameworks

• Systems

• Workflows

• Documents

• Certification badges

Reproduction, resale, redistribution, sharing, recording, or duplication is strictly prohibited.

Violations may result in legal action.

9. Confidentiality

Participants agree not to share internal systems, pricing strategies, or proprietary workflows with non-enrolled individuals.

10. No Employment or Partnership

Enrollment does not create:

• Employment

• Agency

• Partnership

• Joint venture

• Franchise relationship

Participants operate independently.

11. Limitation of Liability

Fix It Pros LLC and Shop Rescue™ are not liable for:

• Business losses

• Revenue loss

• Operational decisions

• Equipment purchases

• Market fluctuations

• Third-party actions

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.

Any disputes shall be resolved within New Mexico jurisdiction.

13. Modification of Terms

Shop Rescue™ reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
